The 6-week Shred is available online and is perfect for women looking for at-home workouts. Sessions are between 25 and 45 minutes. Sessions are a balanced combination of strength training & conditioning.
Fitness is paired with nutrition to maximize your results. We follow the Shred10 guidelines throughout. We follow Phase 1 guidelines for the first 10 days and the last 10 days, with Phase 2 guidelines in between.
